I'm a systems and solutions thinker with over 20 years of experience bridging the gap between developers and business teams—12+ years of which have been in agile environments. A skilled modeler with a passion for diagramming and optimizing flow, I focus not only on solving problems but on identifying the right ones to solve. As a strategic Domain-driven Design (DDD) advocate for 8 years, I prioritize building shared understanding across teams and contexts.

Experience: over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to lead a wide variety of strategy and discovery-focused workshops — from Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Design to Event Storming, Business Capability Mapping, and User Story Mapping.

But my real strength lies not in any single method — it’s in how I combine and adapt them to the team, the context, and the core challenge. I don’t just facilitate sessions — I design thinking structures that help teams get unstuck and aligned.

Ran several business model and customer focused trainings for different companies
Went to EventStorming Master Class in Milan (Italy) and learned about this powerful technique of domain discovery and health assessment of systems. I brought the knowledge home directly from the inventor, Alberto Brandolini from Milan.
Guided more teams to work in an agile way and helped them learn the different techniques and practices whilst working with them closely together as a Product Owner
Led the official agile community of practice at a former company I worked with and also established the format of agile trainings there
