I’m a visual thinker and a bit of a flow-nerd — I usually like to grab a marker to make sense of messy contexts. Over the years I’ve designed and facilitated many strategy and discovery workshops: Business Model Canvas, Capability Mapping, Event Storming, and User Story Mapping, to name a few.

As a long-time advocate of Domain-driven Design (DDD), I focus on helping people / teams see the bigger picture, speak a common language, and align around what truly matters.

My superpower? I don’t just run workshops — I design thinking structures that help teams get unstuck, make better decisions, and actually enjoy the process of figuring things out together.
